What Happened When I added Back Vegetables and Fruit?


Yes, I went back to above ground vegetables and fruits.  My biggest mistake was over doing the volume of carbs and fiber.  I went back to carnivore, and I'm sticking with until I get five pounds leaner, then I will test my plant tolerance by adding back just one serving at a time.
